Wellbeing Walks

The pleasant and sociable walk takes place at 11am every Tuesday, leaving from the duck pond opposite the shops and pub on Narrow Hall Meadow.  It is an easy walk of 60 minutes around Chase Meadow giving everyone the opportunity to get out and do some gentle walking, and also to meet new people and develop new friendships. The walk is suitable for all ages and abilities and is wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Comfy shoes and appropriate clothing should be worn.
